Please note that once your products have been delivered, refunds are no longer available. That said, if the issue stems from an error on our part, or if the items arrive damaged due to our fault, we're happy to reprint your order free of charge.
If the problem isn't something we caused, we won't be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Color and Design Variations
Since every design and color is approved by you prior to production, we do our best to match it as closely as possible. That said, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture can happen due to the limitations of the printing process. By placing an order, you agree to accept these minor differences and won't hold Buy Custom Boxes responsible for small color discrepancies.
Our goal is always to deliver a final product that closely reflects the design you approved.
Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations
We begin work on your order only once full payment — including any taxes, shipping, and handling fees — has been received. We accept payment via credit card or other approved online methods.
You'll need to provide proof of payment, either as a hard copy or digital receipt.
Should you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing it. Note that cancellations come with a small processing fee based on your total order amount.
